Recently, we have inspected a reactor manufactured with carbon steel backer, type 316L stainless steel cladding, and a polished internal surface to a finish of 32 AARH. We also inspected the other components of the machine, including its new type 316L stainless steel serpentine coil installation. It also has pancake coils installed in the dish of the bottom 2:1 elliptical head, as well as a 3″ diameter half-pipe coil installed on the O.D. of the reactor's bottom head.
