Hydrogen Sulfide Analyzer and Analyzer of Sulfurs
Decundi Inspection Services have among our personnel several inspectors whose skills include carrying out inspections during factory acceptance testing of equipment, which are noted to be Hydrogen Sulfide Analyzer and Analyzer of Sulfurs (HS and S). The narrative below pertaining to the Hydrogen Sulfide Analyzer and Analyzer of Sulfurs (HS and S) include some of, and are not limited to, all the parameters carried out during the factory acceptance testing of these types of equipment. For Reference, the Hydrogen Sulfide Analyzer and Analyzer of Sulfurs addressed in these narratives are noted to have a "rank of measurement" of between 0 and + /- 50 mg/l and also a "rank of measurement" between 0 and + /- 200 mg/l where at this "rank of measurement" (0 and + /- 200 mg/l) the Analyzer is capable of controlling up to 2 valves.
As per the subject matter being addressed, factory acceptance testing is carried out for five (5) concentration ranging from 50 ppm, 40 ppm, 30 ppm, 20 ppm, and 10 ppm, and each concentration are analyzed three (3) times for a total of fifteen (15) tests per Analyzer. Other parameters associated with the F.A.T (refer to include some of, and are not limited to all the parameters – above) are that a specified concentration of Sodium Thiosulfate is loaded (added) to the Analyzer at the Non-Dilution Measurement Cell and in addition to this, a specified concentration of Iodine Solution and also specified concentration of Hydrochloric Acid are loaded to the Analyzer at the Non-Dilution Measurement Cell and with the mixing of these Reagents, Titration (the technique where a solution of known concentration is used to determine the concentration of an unknown solution) is carried out. Decundi inspection personnel carry out these inspections for assurance that the F.A.T of Hydrogen Sulfide Analyzer and Analyzer of Sulfurs (HS and S) are carried out with acceptable results.
